Set up your signature
Choose whether dreamif.ai uses your Gmail signature, a custom one, or none. Set it separately for new emails and replies.
Steps#
- Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Email tab.
- Switch between New and Replies. Each is configured separately.
- Choose a signature type:
- Gmail default: uses your existing Gmail signature.
- Custom: uses a signature you write inside dreamif.ai, in an HTML editor with a live preview.
- No signature: no signature is added.
- If you chose Custom, write your signature in the editor. A preview shows how it will look in the sent email.
- Click Save Settings.
Custom signatures have a 16 KB size cap. If you go over it, you'll see "Your signature is too large to save (16 KB max). Link large images by their web address instead of pasting them in." Host large images elsewhere and link to them instead of pasting them into the editor.
A common setup#
Many agents use Gmail default for both new and replies. This keeps everything consistent with Gmail. Use Custom only if you want a different signature for dreamif.ai-drafted emails, like a shorter signature on replies.
