Set up your signature

Choose whether dreamif.ai uses your Gmail signature, a custom one, or none. Set it separately for new emails and replies.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Email tab.
  2. Under New Emails, choose your signature mode:
    • Gmail Default: uses your existing Gmail signature.
    • Custom: uses a signature you write inside dreamif.ai.
    • No Signature: no signature is added.
  3. Under Replies & Forwards, choose the same or a different mode.
  4. If you chose Custom, enter your signature content.
  5. Click Save Settings.

A common setup#

Many agents use Gmail Default for both new emails and replies. This keeps everything consistent with Gmail. Use Custom only if you want a different signature for dreamif.ai-drafted emails, like a shorter signature on replies.
